Come aboard in September for some sailing this fall when the wind fills the sails and takes us around Washington's most enchanted islands. This is your last chance this season to get onboard.  This 4-day adventure explores the San Juan Islands aboard the largest working Tall Ship on the west coast. First launched in 1924 as a racing yacht, the 127-foot Schooner Zodiac has been fully restored for cruising the waters of the Pacific Northwest.

While learning to sail, reading charts, and taking a watch at the helm, you'll explore the natural wonder of these beautiful islands. In the evenings, after anchoring in a peaceful bay, explore an island or paddle a kayak.

Pods of orca whales, soaring bald eagles, racing porpoises and curious harbor seals are just a few of the creatures you may encounter on this voyage. Hearty, delicious meals are served by the Zodiac's experienced crew, and you'll sleep on board in the ships' quarters.

Itinerary: Start in the evening from Bellingham and anchor at Chuchanut Bay.  No dinner onboard the first night, so please plan accordingly.  Lots of sailing, kayaking, hiking and touring the islands.  We often stop at Roche Harbor and or Friday Harbor, with a chance to stop at Orcas Island as well.  We do base our itinerary on winds and weather so it is subject to change.  Arrive back at Bellingham the moring of the 5th day.
