Getaway to the San Juan Islands for a 3-day wekeend aboard the 127' Schooner Zodiac. First launched in 1924 as a racing yacht, the Zodiac has been fully restored for cruising the waters of the Pacific Northwest.
While learning to sail, reading charts, and taking a watch at the helm, you'll explore the natural wonder of these beautiful islands. Pods of orca whales, soaring bald eagles, racing porpoises and curious harbor seals are just a few of the creatures you may encounter on this voyage.
Along the way, you will tour one of the many remote lighthouses only accessible by water. In the evenings, after anchoring in a pristine bay, explore an island ashore or paddle a kayak. Hearty, delicious meals are served by the Zodiac's experienced crew, and you'll sleep on board in the ships' quarters. The ship has three bathrooms and two hot showers.
